Stay here and enjoy your Marrakesh trip. The breakfast is great, has many choices. Rooms are a nice size with slippers, robe, for instance, food is outstanding. The staff is caring at all the levels. The location is perfect and comfortable, right by the tourist areas, the center of the medina, and Bahia Palace and the souks - couldn't be better. Patisserie Anjar with coffee & goodies is 500 metres walk away.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the action but also peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, with fresh fruit and local specialties. it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable stay.
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about this place. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the amenities were great.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and aromatic coffee. the proximity of the hotel to key tourist attractions and the quietness of the surrounding area were major advantages. It allowed me to easily explore the city without being overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of the streets.
I found that sometimes the information provided by the staff regarding taxis and prices was not accurate. This led to confusion and, in some cases, unnecessary expenses.

The owner and staff were so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration special. They decorated the room with rose petals and even surprised us with wine and tasty snacks. Located close to all the attractions yet tucked away in a peaceful street. Our room was spotless with very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, equipped with good wifi and aircon. the staff were kind and accommodating from the moment we arrived to the very end of our stay. the delicious breakfast, with fresh pastries, pancakes, and well-made eggs, was a perfect start to the day.
The Riad is slightly overpriced when compared to other budget-friendly options in the area.

The value for money at Gem Riad was excellent, and our room was not only beautiful but also had the unexpected bonus of Netflix. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square but tucked away from the noise. The staff treated us like family, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. The homemade biscuits and delicious mint tea were a lovely touch.
Food for breakfast could be improved with a glass pane ceiling on the terrace, like other Riads in the city.

the complementary drinks and snacks were a nice touch, as was the location in the heart of the city.
The room was quite cold and took a long time to warm up, despite the air conditioning. the noise level from outside the hotel was also a bit much, which made it difficult to sleep.

Beautiful riad, peaceful and relaxing.
No complaints.
